Questions

How far in advance should I book a flight?
For short domestic flights, 24–48 hours is typically sufficient. For international trips, multi-leg itineraries, or flights requiring special permits, we recommend contacting us 3–5 days in advance. We handle urgent requests on a best-effort basis — call us directly.
Can charter routes be customised?
Yes, completely. We fly to private terminals, secondary airports, and destinations not served by commercial airlines. Your route is designed around your schedule and requirements — not the other way around.
Can I bring pets or special luggage on board?
Pets are welcome on most charters, subject to the aircraft operator’s policies and destination entry requirements. Special or oversized items should be declared at the time of inquiry so we can confirm arrangements and select the right aircraft.
What safety standards are followed?
All FKS charter flights use FAA-certified aircraft and licensed crew. We conduct a compliance check before every flight. Pilots complete regular recurrency training and proficiency evaluations. Safety is never assumed — it is verified before every departure.
What amenities are available on board?
Amenities vary by aircraft type. All charters include dedicated crew, flexible catering, and complete privacy. Larger jets offer Wi-Fi, flat-bed seating, and conference setups. Your preferences are confirmed during the booking process.
Is pricing fixed or variable?
Charter pricing is quoted per trip and is fully itemised before confirmation. We are transparent about all costs — aircraft, crew, landing fees, and handling. You will never encounter a surprise charge on your invoice.
